- Kindly read the rules & regulations before purchasing the tickets.
- Children between the age group of 1-12 years are permitted to play in the play area at and maximum height of up to 152 cm.
- Children below 1 year of age can enter the play area with 1 parent/guardian. Charges will be the same as per regular rates.
- To maintain safety & hygiene, socks are compulsory for children and guardians in the play area. No entry with shoes or barefoot. Socks are available for purchase at the reception desk.
- Kokonuts-The Happy Place has play supervisors monitoring the area at all times to ensure the safety of our visitors.
- Only children aged below 3 years are allowed to access the Toddler Zone. Children can use the facility only when accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18).
- Maids/Guardians are permitted inside the premises with their kids aged below 3 years.
- No male servants or drivers are permitted inside.
- To ensure safety. Please remove any sharp objects like pens, buckles, jewellery, coins, etc.
- Food & drinks are prohibited inside the play area.
- Children may be asked to leave the play area if they are found misbehaving, bullying others, or not following the rules.
- We are maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene inside the play area and seek customers' cooperation to achieve the same.
- Refunds cannot be facilitated if the child does not play the entire session and is non-transferable.
- We request that children who are unwell or have been unwell not visit the centre for at least 48 hours.
- The management reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance with rules & regulations.
